Ghost Mammoths
Due to the magic of DNA sequencing, we’ve been able to discover that there was a “ghost” mammoth species, previously unknown to science, that existed separately to the wooly and other mammoth species, but closely related enough to have interbred with those animals whose descendants would become the famous woolies.
