The Antibody Crisis

Apparently, according to Nature and Scientific American, it is becoming harder and harder to actually reproduce studies, even those that are peer reviewed and published. And one of the biggest reasons for this is that scientists can’t tell when they are purchasing rubbish antibodies. Which then go on to defeat the study they’re attempting to replicate. It’s a big enough issue hundreds of millions of dollars have gone missing in search of results.
