Russia is working on its own X-37 style spaceplane: Russian answer to U.S. reusable robotic spacecraft in the offing – RIA Novosti (via Jeff Foust).

I’ll note that the Soviets put small the BOR-4 lifting body spaceplanes into orbit 3 times in the 1980s.
