CAPE CANAVERAL — United Launch Alliance (ULA) successfully launched a Delta IV Heavy rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida on Nov. 21 at 5:58 p.m. EDT. This was the attempt to launch a classified surveillance satellite into space atop a Delta IV Heavy rocket.
