In a comment here, Andrew Platzer points to an updated list of cuts to the discretionary budget proposed by Republicans on the House Appropriations committee: FY 2011 Continuing Resolution Reductions (in millions of dollars) – Republicans/House Appropriations (pdf).

If passed, for the 2011 fiscal year NASA would receive $303.0M less than it got in 2010 and $578.7M less than the $19B than what was initially requested and what was authorized by Congress last year.
