ILS and Satmex Announce The ILS Proton Launch Of Satmex 8
Reston VA (SPX) Dec 31, 2010 International Launch Services (ILS) and Satellites Mexicanos (Satmex) announce the launch of the Satmex 8 satellite on an ILS Proton. The satellite is under construction by Space Systems/Loral (SS/L). ILS and Khrunichev are implementing a mission integration schedule to support a third quarter 2012 ILS Proton launch of Satmex 8 into geostationary transfer orbit from the Baikonur Cosmodrome
