X Flying In Close Formation

Berlin, Germany (SPX) Oct 19, 2010 ![][1] The German Aerospace Center and the space company Astrium have recently taken an important step forward in their mission to create a three-dimensional map of the world. On 14 October 2010, the radar satellite TanDEM-X moved into close formation with its ‘twin’, TerraSAR-X.
